TJTPC makes every effort to have their communications center staffed twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. While we try our best, we sometimes have to rely on our voice mail system to answer our calls for us. I don't like talking to computers, and I hope that this is not inconvenient for you, but unfortunately this is a necessary evil in this type of business. If you do call, and you get the answering system, please leave a message including your name, telephone number including the area code, or international dialing code, the reason you are calling, and the best time to call you back! Please try to leave your time zone if you are calling from another country, so that we may call you back at an appropriate time. If you are calling for a confidential matter, and don't want us to return a call to you at a particular time, such as when your spouse is home, if you are calling for an infidelity investigation, please make sure to tell us, so that we will not call back when they are home, or won't tell whoever answers who we are, until we are sure we are speaking with you. Please note that we do not answer our telephones with a business name, so when you do call, and the person only says "hello" with no business name, you have not dialed the wrong number! The reason that this is done, is to protect the confidentiality of the caller, in the event our telephone number is found by someone else, such as on your cell phone, or written on a piece of paper, and they are curious about who, or why you were calling.

No matter how small, or large this information is, we will follow through with it, and make sure that the proper law enforcement agency gets the information that they need to handle the situation.
