Here at TJTPC, we investigate everything from a neighborhood problem that the police can't solve, to homicide. We certainly don't mean to imply that your local police, or any law enforcement agency, no matter how small or large, is incompetent. We are trying to say that in many cases, some departments or agencies are not trained, prepared or equipped to do effective investigations on certain areas of the law, or they simply can't invest the time that is needed in your case, due to personnel shortages, increasing crime problems, low funds, or lack of training. Many cases that are deemed as civil problems by the police, are crimes that can be prosecuted under criminal law. Many financial crimes, such as non-sufficient funds checks, or fraudulent sales and purchases, are not clearly understood by the officers that respond to the call for assistance. It is not because they are stupid, or don't want to help you, it's because this area of the law is so complicated, and there are so many more serious crimes that need their attention, that they have been trained not to get involved in these cases. We have successfully completed investigations that have been turned over to law enforcement agencies, that have been prosecuted with positive results. This is a common, and growing problem, especially in hard economic times, and we are more prepared to help in these situations, to make things easier on everyone. In most cases, you will recover what you had to pay us before it is all over with.
There is nothing wrong with having us take a second look at any situation that is of any importance to you. Police officers and detectives are human, just like everyone else, and mistakes, or miscalculations can sometimes be made, even by the most professional investigator. Sometimes it isn't even skill that cracks a case, it's luck, or the use of contacts, and informants, or just a matter of completely exhausting all avenues of investigation. In cases such as missing persons, run away juveniles, or any case where there isn't much the police can do, we can pay special attention to your problem, or cross jurisdictional lines that they can't, or wont cross in the pursuit of information. Because we are not a government agency, there are no political or regulatory issues that prevent us from doing the job. We are also not held to the same rules of evidence that government agents are, and can use methods that would never be allowed in court if the police were to use the same things!
We can do any type of investigation that the police can do, and more! We investigate things such as whether or not a parent is competent to watch minor children, divorce issues, accidental deaths, work place injuries, worker's compensation and disability fraud, arson, assaults of all kinds, crimes involving trace evidence, from fingerprints to DNA analysis, harassing telephone calls, people locations, recovery of stolen property, lost items, suicides, injuries, traffic accidents, and just about anything you can think of! These services are all offerred at a very affordable price, and usually with a very satisfying outcome. Call us today for a free quote to help you, with anything that you need help with! We are here to help, and wont leave you hanging!
